Oklahoma utility regulators to meet Wednesday

 

Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners will hold their first public meeting in more than a week when they gather Wednesday afternoon to receive reports and make some decisions on requests from utilities.

The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m in the Concourse theater of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at the State Capitol Complex.

The 24-hour signing agenda includes a request from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company seeking approval of an interconnection agreement between AT&T and Wispier ISP, LLC.

PSO has a request for approval of energy efficiency and demand response programs and a reqeust to extend the implementation schedule to five years.

Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative Inc. has a request pending for a protective order.

In other matters, Corporation Commissioners will hear updates on its budget, building renovation, and Transportation Division activity for motor carrier enforcement.
