Attorney General quiet about status of winter storm natural gas investigation

We’re approaching eight months since Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond announced the launching of an investigation into the 2021 winter storm that led to historic natural gas prices in the state.

As the Oklahoma Watch found out, there has been little progress, at least publicly, about the investigation. If there is progress as promised by the Attorney General last spring, his office is not revealing any developments.

OK Energy Today has closely followed Drummond’s vow to collect billions of dollars for consumers and ratepayers. The Oklahoma Watch encountered the same results in its effort to learn more about the status of the investigation.
