Coming this week, the fourth quarter earnings report from The Williams Companies, Inc.
Investment companies have raised the same question OK Energy Today brought up last month in announcing the Feb. 14 release of the earnings report—can the fourth quarter be as strong as the third quarter?
The results will be released before the market opens on Wednesday. Williams reported adjusted earnings per share of 45 cents in the third quarter on revenues of $2.6 billion. However, the revenues were also $8 million below the consensus mark.
In the third quarter, Williams reported a 10% increase in net income of $654 million.
