ONEOK, Inc. announced it will release fourth quarter and year-end 2023 earnings after the market closes on Feb. 26, 2024.

In October, ONEOK announced higher third quarter 2023 results and as a result, increased its 2023 net income and adjusted EBITDA guidance midpoints by $120 million and $125 million respectively. It had a 5% increase in net income to $454 million or 99 cents a diluted share.
There was also an 11% increase in EBITDA to $1.001 billion. The increases came after ONEOK’s acquisition of Magellan Midstream.
“ONEOK’s businesses continued to perform extremely well in the third quarter,” Pierce H. Norton II, ONEOK president and chief executive officer stated at the time.
“Double-digit volume growth in our natural gas liquids and natural gas gathering and processing businesses year-over-year, as well as sustained strength in our natural gas pipelines segment, drove our increased 2023 guidance expectations.”
