Maintenance caused temporary shutdown for OKC utilities payment system

Utility Service Provider | Port of Seattle

Over the weekend, the OKC Utilities customer portal, mobile app, and all Utilities payment systems were taken offline temporarily so staff could perform planned system maintenance.

All systems were scheduled to be operational by 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16. However, we are extending system maintenance for okcutilities.com, the My OKC Utilities mobile app, and all PaySite kiosks until 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16.

Until system maintenance is completed, customers needing to submit service requests related to trash, recycling or bulky waste will need to do so by calling Utilities Customer Service at (405) 297-2833.

Customers wanting to make a payment before the maintenance period ends may do so over the phone using our interactive voice response system. This option is available beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16.

Late Payments:

  • For customers with a payment due during the system maintenance period (Jan. 12–16), there will not be a late fee applied if the payment is made by Thursday, Jan. 18.
  • Customers enrolled in automatic payment (autopay) are not affected by any system maintenance delays. Payment withdrawal should occur as normal.

If you have a water emergency, contact Water Emergency Dispatch at (405) 297-2833.

Should the maintenance period need to be extended further, updates will be shared on okc.gov/utilities and the City’s Facebook page.
