Ovintiv Inc. plans to release its fourth quarter earnings report later in February.
The Denver-based exploration company, one with significant operations in Oklahoma’s STACK play said it will announce the 2023 fourth quarter and year-end results after the close of market on Tuesday, Feb. 27. It will also hold a conference call the following day at 7 a.m. central time.
The company recorded third quarter 2023 net earnings of $406 million or $1.47 per share. It also had $906b million in cash from operating activities.
Ovintiv also recorded third quarter average total production volumes at the high end or above company guidance on all products at approximately 572 MBOE/d, including 214 Mbbls/d of oil and condensate, 87 Mbbls/d of other NGLs and 1,625 MMcf/d of natural gas.
