The next meeting of State Regulators will again focus mostly on rulemaking changes.
In the Wednesday afternoon meeting that starts at 1:30, Corporation Commissioners will consider rule changes dealing with rules of practice, oil and gas conservation, fuel inspection, underground and above ground oil storage tanks, and Corrective Action of Petroleum Storage Tank Releases.
There will also be a discussion regarding Oklahoma’s proration formula for unallocated gas wells from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025.
Commissioners will also discuss a summary of the agency’ls financial activity for November and December 2023.
