A report about Donald Trump’s campaign effort to get campaign money from the oil and gas industry discussed Oklahoma billionaire oilman Harold Hamm’s change of heart about the former President’s re-election effort.
Hamm, as reported earlier by OK Energy Today, recently was a donor to Trump’s campaign even after reportedly telling the former President to give up his effort to return to the White House. At the time of his personal plea to Trump, Hamm donated campaign money to Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida and former Gov. Nikki Haley of South Carolina.
But there’s been a turn-around on the part of Hamm, chairman of Continental Resources, the oil and gas company he founded decades earlier, turning it into one of the major players in North Dakota’s Bakken play.
