Nearly 3 years after taking their complaints of the Midship Pipeline construction to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, some Oklahoma farmers remain dissatisfied.
They complained about the damage to their land when the $1 billion, nearly 200-mile line was constructed in 2019. It was built by Cheniere Energy and EIG Global Energy Partners, a privte equity firm.
FERC listened to their complaints and investigated, but as News 9 recently learned, farmers remain unhappy with the results.
