ONE Gas, Inc.plans to release its third quarter 2023 financial results after the market closes on Monday, October 30, 2023.
The Tulsa-based company, with more than 2.3 million customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas, had a moderate second quarter. Its net income was $32.7 million or 58 cents a diluted share, up from the $32.1 million and 59 cents a share a year earlier.
The company’s net income for the year was reported at $135.3 million or $2.42 a share compared with $131 million and $2.42 a share in the same period last year.
The ONE Gas executive management team will host a conference call the following day, Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10 a.m. Central Daylight Time).
The call also will be carried live on the ONE Gas website.
Its divisions include Kansas Gas Service, the largest natural gas distributor in Kansas; Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest in Oklahoma; and Texas Gas Service, the third largest in Texas, in terms of customers.
