Kansas House members vote to ban ESG considerations in pensions and investments

States Push Back Against ESG Policies – InsideSources

Add Kansas as the latest state where leaders want to ignore the ESG efforts of the Biden administration and environmentalists.

The House vote was 85-38 and sent the measure to the Senate to amend state law to force the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System to concentrate on fiduciary duty of making the most monetary gain instead of emphasizing environmental and social factors.
