Texas U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz is again critical of the Biden administration. This time, he wants an explanation of the “prolonged delays” in approving permits for deepwater oil and gas terminals along the Gulf Coast.
The Houston Chronicle reports that of five applications awaiting approval from the Department of Transportation, four were filed before 2021.
