Tulsa-based Calyx Energy III LLC continued with its success of natural gas wells in southeastern Oklahoma.
It filed a completion report this week on a Pittsburg County gas well that produced 11,628 Mcf of natural gas.
The Albatross 2-3-27wh, completed in November 2022, is located at 3 7N 13E, a site north of McAlester and home to previous gas wells. Its drilled depth was 16,826 feet with a true vertical depth of 5,062 feet. The well was spudded in July of 2022 according to the completion report.
