Keystone pipeline returns to full operations following leak in Kansas

Crude oil from Canada is once again flowing through the Keystone Pipeline to the Cushing hub in northern Oklahoma weeks after the line suffered a leak of 14,000 barrels of oil.

The damaged section near Washington, Kansas was repaired and reopened in the past few days. TC Energy, the operator, said the 2,687 mile line is fully operational for the first time since Dec. 7, 2022.
