There’s just something contradictory about a Governor of a state vowing to reduce pollution from oil and gas operations, while at the same time wanting an expansion of her spending goals funded by the same oil and gas projects.
It’s what New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham did in her annual State of the State address in Santa Fe reported the Carlsbad Current-Argus.
