More than two dozen states filed suit in Amarillo, Texas against the Biden administration over its ESG policy and how it might affect the savings of an estimated 152 million Americans. Oklahoma was not one of them.
The lawsuit, reported by Just The News, charged the Labor Department created a rule prioritizing “woke” Environmental, Social and Governance.
