Crude oil and natural gas prices dropped Tuesday while OK energy stocks made gains

Natural gas prices down to zero at Waha Hub
Not only did crude oil prices drop in Tuesday’s trading but natural gas futures did as well, taking a 4% hit to reach a three-month low.
The slides happened as oil and European gas prices dropped and milder U.S. weather is in the forecast for the next two weeks.
West Texas Intermediate crude oil for November delivery dropped $2.64 a barrel or 3% to $82.82 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Global benchmark Brent crude for delivery in December settled down $1.59 or 1% to reach $90.03 a barrel for the day on ICE Futures Europe.
November natural gas fell 25 cents or 4.23% to $5.75 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Tuesday proved to be a day of gains for most Oklahoma energy stocks including a more than 7% increase for Mammoth Energy and 4% for Matrix Service Co.
