Colorado geologist Bill Armstrong, the owner of North Slope Energy, a firm based in Denver, is well known for his role in the discovery of a giant Alaska oil field in 2013.
Now he plans a new venture in Alaska’s North Slope—this time on federal land west of the existing development reported The Anchorage Daily News.
