Texas-based energy supplier Verde Energy USA has been hit with a $1 million fine by the state of Pennsylvania for an alleged wide range of what the state called “egregious” marketing violations.
Among the reported violations was switching customers’ energy supply with their consent reported the Philadelphia Inquirer.
