Devon Energy recently completed a four-well pad project in Oklahoma’s STACK with combined crude oil production of nearly 1,200 barrels a day.
The Canadian County project, located at 5 14N 9W, a site 12 miles west of Okarche had completions in July of this year with combined production of 1,167 barrels of oil a day and 12,983 Mcf of natural gas.
The Mullen 32-15n-9w 2h, with a drilled depth of 16,037 feet in the Mississippi Solid produced 269 barrels of oil a day and 3,118 Mcf of natural gas when completed July 14. The well had a November 2021 spud date.
The Mullen 32-15n-9w 4h, drilled to a depth of 15,890 feet, produced 323 barrels of oil a day along with 3,208 Mcf of natural gas. The completion report showed a Nov. 1, 2021 spud date.
The Mullen 32-15n-9w 3h produced 353 barrels of oil a day and 3,622 Mcf of natural gas. Drilled depth was 15,931 feet and completion was made July 10 following a Nov. 2, 2021 spud.
The fourth well, the Mullen 32-15n-9w 6h, produced 242 barrels of oil a day and 3,035 Mcf of natural gas. Completion was made July 12 at a drilled depth of 16,304 feet following a spudding on Nov. 3, 2021.
Two wells drilled on a single pad in Grady County by Camino Natural Resources LLC had production of more than 300 barrels of crude oil a day.
The Yippi Ki-yay 0805 21-16-4mxh, located at 28 8N 5W, the west edge of the city of Blanchard, produced 163 barrels of oil a day and 309 Mcf of natural gas. Completion was made July 12 of this year at 21,215 drilled depth in the Mississippian following a March 14, 2022 spud date.
The second well, the Yippi Ki-yay 0805 21-16-5wxh, finished with production of 156 barrels of oil a day and 424 Mcf of natural gas. The well had a mid-March spud date according to its completion report.
In nearby McClain County, Ovintiv USA Inc. completed the Wendling 0704 3h-30xx in March of this year with production of 879 barrels of oil a day and 898 Mcf of natural gas. Drilled depth on the well, located at 30 7N 4W , a site at the north edge of the town of Dibble, was 27,046 feet in the Woodford formation. The completion report showed an October 2021 spud date.
