Cheniere Energy, the Texas company that ships natural gas out of Oklahoma’s STACK and SCOOP plays received a setback this week at the hands of the Environmental Protection Agency.
The EPA denied Cheniere’s request to exempt two of its Gulf Coast plants from a federal air pollution rule reported the Associated Press.
