Shortly after Winter Storm Uri in February 2021 hit Oklahoma, State Attorney General John O’Connor said he would investigate alleged price gouging.
The Frontier investigated and found that in the nearly 18 months after the storm, no criminal or civil cases were filed and as of today, there is no active state investigation.
But, Oklahomans are paying the price with higher energy bills.
