Arkansas regulators rejected a proposed $142 million settlement with Entergy concerning cost overruns at a Mississippi nuclear plant.
The Arkansas Public Service Commission said the offer did not include a cash refund for Arkansas customers reported the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
