Environmental groups have filed a lawsuit against the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for its approval of a nuclear storage waste site in far west Texas in the Permian Basin.
The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by such groups as the Sierra Club and Beyond Nuclear reported the Carlsbad Current-Argus.
