COVID-19: Can Your Homeowner Association Conduct Virtual Board and Member Meetings? - Hellmuth & Johnson

Virtual meetings returned to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission this week following a recent spike in the number of COVID-19 cases that affected the giant agency.

The Commission announced that an annual Summer Industry Roundtable Meeting planned by its Petroleum Storage Tank Division on Thursday, July 14 would be held “virtually by Zoom.”

The meeting is set for 2 p.m. to continue the agency’s engagement with industry stakeholders to review existing rules and to determine whether a formal rulemaking is needed in the fall or spring for new rules.

Due to an uptick of Covid cases, this meeting will be held virtually via Zoom,” according to the announcement.

The Corporation Commissioners were informed last week that a resurgence of COVID-19 cases had affected some of the agency’s divisions and their operations.
