Texas regulators attempt to make sure their state doesn’t have another power catastrophe like the winter storm that paralyzed the state in February 2021.
The Texas Railroad Commission voted this week in support of a weatherization rule to protect residents during emergencies such as when millions were left without power, water and heat for days during Winter Storm Uri reported Reuters.
