Texas fights ozone rules in Permian Basin

Gov. Greg Abbott has started applying pressure on President Biden in opposition to the possible impact as federal regulators are moving ahead with their evaluation of the basin and whether it is in compliance with air quality standards set in 2015 reported Argus.
