Supreme Court won’t hear Oklahoma’s RR crossing appeal

The Little Engine that Could just rolled over Oklahoma in the state’s fight to enforce a law setting strict time limits on trains blocking city streets.

The U.S. Supreme Court decided this week it would not hear Oklahoma’s appeal of a federal court ruling that federal authority regulates rail carriers and tracks and not Oklahoma reported The Oklahoman.
