The electrical provider in Taos, New Mexico announced it began daytime power production totally with solar power as of this week.
Kit Carson Electric Cooperative, based in Taos switched to a solar array of 43,690 solar panels covering 170 acres at a site nine miles northwest of the city reported The Santa Fe New Mexican.
