A New Mexico midstream company has been sold in a $600 million deal with Houston’s Crestwood Equity Partners.

Crestwood saw the move as an opportunity to expand its present in the Delaware sub-basin of the Permian in southeast New Mexico reported the Carlsbad Current-Argus.
