Tuesday saw a rebound by crude oil prices in the US and in Europe.
West Texas Intermediate crude for June delivery went up $3.16 to $101.70 a barrel in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Global benchmark Brent crude increased $2.67 and settled at $104.99 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.
May natural gas also increased, going up 18 cents to finish the day at $6.85 per 1,000 cubic feet.
It proved to be a day of gains for some Oklahoma energy stocks including PHX Minerals with a more than 6% climb and a 9% increase for Cypress Environmental Partners.
