Details remain unavailable but one worker was killed and another injured Wednesday in an oilfield incident near Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Reports suggested a truck might have been blown over by high winds. The identity of the company was not available nor were other details.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol was reportedly investigating but a spokeswoman indicated that the matter was under investigation by OSHA.
The Oklahoma City office of OSHA referred questions to its Public Affairs Department in Dallas which did not return inquiries about the incident.
