The fight against eminent domain and the construction of the Grain Belt Express power line across Missouri is headed to the Missouri state senate.
The Senate’s Majority leader is predicting approval of a bill to curtail use of eminent domain to finish building the power line to carry wind-generated electricity from southwest Kansas to Illinois and Indiana reported the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
