Investors in Oklahoma City’s Gulfport Energy Corporation will likely be anxious to hear the company’s approaching first quarter 2022 financial results.
On Tuesday, Gulfport announced it will release the quarterly financial results on Tuesday, May 3 after the close of markets.
On Wednesday, May 4 at 8 a.m. Central Time, executive leadership will hold a conference call to discuss the results.
Ever since filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy and emerging in May of last year, the company has seen stronger earnings. Its third quarter last year saw net cash from operating activities grow to more than $126 million, enough that leadership increased its Free Cash Flow for the full year.
The fourth quarter report released in February of this year showed $558.1 million in net income and $224.9 million of adjusted EBITDA. The company also generated more than $128 million of net cash from operating activities. Gulfport’s amended credit facility increased liquidity by more than $160 million.
