Some oil and gas groups in Texas say the more than 417,000 miles of intrastate oil and gas pipelines in the state are not enough to handle future production.
The claim is made by the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, the Texas Pipeline Association, the American Petroleum Institute and Pinnacle Midstream Inc. according to a report by the Odessa American.
