First-quarter 2022 financial and operating results for Coterra Energy Inc. will be released Monday, May 2.
The company intends to make the information available after the market closes, then hold a conference call at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3.
In February, Coterra, the company formed in October 2021 due to the merger of Cabot Oil & Gas and Cimarex Energy, reported fourth quarter net income of $939 million or $1.16 per share. Its adjusted net income for the quarter was $670 million or 83 cents per share.
The company’s full-year 2021 net income was $1,158 million or $2.30 per share.
