The fast-growing wind industry in Texas gives the state an even bigger boost in being the number one wind-powered state in the country, but it also raises a power problem and challenge for Texas.
A new study by researchers at Houston’s Rice University showed the growth in wind power also revealed the state’s energy grid is a mess and stands in the way of even more wind and solar growth.
