The fourth quarter and full year 2021 earnings of SandRidge Energy will be released this week.
The Oklahoma City energy company announced it will make the release on Wednesday, March 9 after the close of trading.
SandRidge also plans to provide an updated investor presentation and make it available on the company website.
SandRidge will host a conference call on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to review fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results and operational highlights.
SandRidge reported a third quarter increase of $28.4 million in net cash, reaching $99 million for the new total. Net income for the quarter was $28.6 million or 78 cents a share compared to $16.3 million and 45 cents a share in the second quarter of 2021.
After adjusting for certain items, the Company’s adjusted net income amounted to $29.4 million, or $0.80 per share, operating
cash flow totaled $35.2 million and adjusted EBITDA was $33.5 million for the quarter.
During the third quarter, SandRidge also returned 106 wells to production after they had been curtailed in 2020 in a commodity price downturn.
