Ovintiv plans more Kingfisher County drilling

Ovintiv continues with major Kingfisher County discoveries – Oklahoma Energy Today
Houston-based Ovintiv knows when it’s found a sweet spot in Oklahoma’s STACK play where the company has recorded big well after big well.
It just obtained more drilling permits for Kingfisher County where the firm has scored one success after another—mostly around the city of Kingfisher and close by.
Two of the permits were the MUEGGENBORG 1708 #2H-25X
and the MUEGGENBORG 1708 #3H-25X, wells to be located about 4 miles northwest of the city of Kingfisher. Their legal description is 01 16N 8W S, the same description where Ovintiv intends to drill four more wells on a single pad.
The landowners are the same on all six wells and the sites are on the same section of Kingfisher County. The four adjacent wells will be the DENNIS 1608 #2H-1X, the DENNIS 1608 #3H-1X, the DENNIS 1608 #4H-1X, and the DENNIS 1608 #5H-1X.
