A whistle blower formerly with Spaceport America is accusing New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and other government officials of conspiring to defraud taxpayers of nearly $200 million in public funds.
Zach DeGregorio, the former chief financial officer of Spaceport America filed a 261-page complaint in federal court according to the Santa Fe New Mexican.
