NextEra Energy’s plans to create a 3,000 panel solar farm in eastern Kansas have run into opposition from residents and now from some county authorities.
The Shawnee Mission Post reports that Johnson County Commissioners near Kansas City are in the process of perhaps creating some of the nation’s most restrictive solar farm regulations.
