Oklahoma Corporation Commission Meeting on Tuesday

Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners will hold a regular meeting Tuesday morning to first consider their daily signing agenda docket followed by the 24-hour signing agenda docket.

They will also revisit Cause No. GD 202000001, Application of Tim Rhodes, Director of Administration, Oklahoma Corporation Commission, for an Order of the Commission Authorizing Action in Response to COVID-19, on a possible Fifth Interim Order and/or any alterations, revisions, amendments or expiration.

Next is a discussion and possible vote(s) in Cause No. PUD 202100063, In the Matter of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, a Division of One Gas, Inc., for a Review and Change or Modification in its Rates, Charges, Tariffs, and Terms and Conditions of Service, on a proposed Final Order Approving Joint Stipulation and Settlement Agreement and/or any alterations, revisions, or amendments.

The last topic includes a discussion, possible hearing and possible vote(s) on AARP’s Motion for Oral Argument and on AARP’s exceptions and PUD’s exceptions to the November 12, 2021, Report and Recommendation of the Administrative Law Judge in Cause No. PUD 202100072, In the Matter of the Application of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company for a Financing Order Pursuant to the February 2021 Regulated Utility Consumer Protection Act Approving Securitization of Costs Arising from the Winter Weather Event of February 2021.
