One of the three members who make up the Oklahoma Tax Commission that enforces tax regulations and rules on energy operations in the state says he plans to leave the agency in a few weeks.
The McCarville Report indicates Commission Chairman Clark Jolley will resign effective Nov. 1, 2021 after serving on the commission for the past four and a half years.
