The Oak Ridge, Tennessee National Laboratory recently sent its 100th shipment of nuclear waste to a New Mexico storage site since resuming shipments four years ago.
The Carlsbad Current Argus reported the U.S. Department of Energy revealed the waste had been sent to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in New Mexico.
