Some attorneys suggest there is a chance that TC Energy might be able to recover economic damages that resulted from President Biden’s cancellation of the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
Their analysis comes after the Canadian company filed a notice early this month with the State Department to bring a legacy claim under the North American Free Trade Agreement, according to the Washington Examiner.
