Worries about China’s first-half crude imports dropping along with concerns over supplies as the world recovers from the coronavirus pandemic led to yet another slip in crude oil prices on Wednesday.
In the US, West Texas Intermediate crude for August delivery fell 13 cents or 0.2% and finished the day at $75.12 a barrel.
Global benchmark Brent crude for August delivery was off 8 cents for a 0.1% fall to $7641 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.
Oklahoma energy stocks had something of a wild day with Unit Corporation scoring the biggest gain of 12.82% on a $2.50 increase to $22 a share.
On the other hand, Mammoth Energy Services had the biggest loss of the day at 14.55% on a 71 cent drop to $4.17 per share.
