Oil prices dropped on Monday

Falling Oil Prices Are Here To Stay – USA Herald

 

Crude oil prices ran into a bump in the road on Monday as both US and overseas markets saw drops for the day with US crude falling a little further from the $70 mark.

West Texas Intermediate crude for July delivery slipped 39 cents to $69.23 a barrel in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Global benchmark Brent crude for August delivery fell 40 cents to $71.49 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.

July natural gas fell 3 cents to $3.07 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Monday wasn’t the strongest trading day for Oklahoma energy stocks and many saw slight losses for the day. NGL Energy Partners LP had the biggest loss at 7.97% on a 20 cent fall to $2.31.

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. fell 11 cents for a 1.72% loss to $6.29.

Blueknight Energy Partners LP slipped 4 cents for a 0.96% loss to $4.11.

Chesapeake Energy gained 2.04% on a $1.11 increase to $55.54.

Cimarex Energy Co. dropped 79 cents to $70.47 for a 1.11% loss.

Continental Resources Inc. had a 13 cent increase for a 0.37% gain to $35.36.

Cypress Environmental Partners LP closed down 5 cents at $2.32 for a 2.11% loss.
Devon Energy Corp. fell 74 cents to $30.92 for a 2.34% loss.
Enable Midstream Partners LP gained 1.74% on a 16 cent climb to $9.35.
Gulfport Energy Operating Corp dropped $1.38 to $62.17 for a 2.17% loss.
Helmerich & Payne, Inc. fell 99 cents for a 2.96% loss to $32.50.
LSB Industries, Inc. gained 3.87% on a 26 cent increase to $6.98.
Laredo Petroleum Inc rose 71 cents to $66 for a 1.09% gain.
Magellan Midstream Partners, LP fell 27 cents for a 0.52% loss to $51.68.
Mammoth Energy Services Inc went down 1 cent to $3.91 for a 0.26% loss.
Matrix Service Co. dropped 17 cents to $10.96 for a 1.53% loss.
OGE Energy Corp. closed down 10 cents at $34.23 for a loss of 0.29%.
ONE Gas Inc. finished up 42 cents at $75.63 for a gain of 0.56%.
ONEOK, Inc. added $1.22 to hit $55.17 and a 2.26% gain.
Ovintiv Inc. finished up 68 cents at $31.60 for a 2.20% gain.
PHX Minerals Inc. closed down 6 cents for a 1.76% loss to $3.35.
SandRidge Energy finished down 2 cents at $6.34 for a 0.31% loss.
Unit Corporation closed nearly unchanged at $15.65 with a gain of 0.00064%.
 Williams Companies Inc finished the day up 28 cents for a 1.00% gain to $28.23.
