After stumbling on Tuesday, crude oil prices in the US and Europe managed a slight increase on Wednesday with overseas prices still resting above the $75 a barrel level.
West Texas Intermediate crude oil for August delivery managed a 2-cent rise to $73.08 a barrel while global benchmark, Brent crude for August delivery went up 38 cents and closed at $75.19 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.
July natural gas rose 7 cents to $3.33 per 1,000 cubic feet.
Most Oklahoma energy stocks saw slight increases with Cypress Environmental Partners LP seeing a 5.31% gain on a 13 cent climb to $2.59 per share.
