If Colorado intends to meet its goals of greenhouse gas and ozone reductions, then commuters might be forced to carpool—especially those who drive alone in their cars and trucks to work.
It’s the indication of rules drawn up by state air pollution control staff reported the Colorado Sun. The paper says businesses with more than 100 employees in the high-zone areas of Colorado would also be forced to limit the number of workers commuting alone.
