The Texas Public Utility Commission, left void following the resignations of all three of its members after the February winter storm power crisis now has a new leader.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott named statehouse veteran Will McAdams to lead the commission which has been given the responsibility of implementing a potential legislative overhaul of the state’s power markets.
